What we provide / power requirements / important information
When hiring this multi-functional inflatable black building, we provide the following as standard;
Inflatable tent/building

Ground stakes (outdoor hires) / sandbags (indoor hires)
Extension lead up to 50 metres
Delivery, set up and collection.
We require access to one 13amp (standard household) plug socket. if you do not have access to power for your event we can supply at an additional cost the a generator.
THIS INFLATABLE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HIRE ON HARD SURFACES OUTDOORS SUCH AS CONCRETE, DECKING, ASTRO TURF. IT MUST BE HIRED ON GRASS.
PLEASE NOTE - THIS INFLATABLE IS NOT 100% WATERPROOF, IN CIRCUMSTANCES OF HEAVY, PERSISTENT RAIN. RAIN MAY SEEP THROUGH THE RAIN COVER

*All sizes are approximate. The 23ftx16ft (7mx5m) Inflatable Event Tent will require an extra 3 feet at the side of the event tent for the blower. A minimum access width of 3 feet will be required. Narrow access, steps, debris, garden furniture, vehicles, blocked drives, common land etc are some of the reasons why we may refuse to deliver the inflatable. It is YOUR responsibility to check the proposed site is large enough to accommodate the event tent you have booked.
Chris's Castles Bouncy Castle Hire Wakefield reserve the right to refuse any bookings made if the proposed sight is not large enough to accommodate the hired item and/or in OUR opinion unsuitable and you will still be charged.
Delivery is generally before 12 noon unless otherwise agreed.
Generally speaking if you take a later delivery slot then you will likely get a later collection slot and the same applies if you require an early delivery slot you will likely get a collection slot from tea time on wards.*Please speak to us if you have any further questions regarding delivery times and collections on 07871 296276.
All our Bouncy Castles are delivered to you in a clean condition. Please ensure on collection the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable is left in the condition you found it. Additional costs may be charged in the event in our opinion the inflatable needs additional cleaning.
If the inflatable marquee is categorised not suitable for ADULTS (age 16 and over) please ensure no ADULTS use the Inflatable. Serious Injury or other may occur, additionally, increased likelihood of damage to the inflatable tent may occur if the safety precautions are not adhered to.
**NO SMOKING, OPEN FIRES, HEATERS, BLOWERS,FIRE PITS, GAS GARDEN HEATERS, ELECTRIC HEATERS ETC ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE OR NEAR THE INFLATABLE.
Please ensure NO food, drinks, high heeled shoes, footwear, face paint, pets, silly string, shoes, sharp objects, smoking material, heaters, blowers, fire pits are taken onto/inside/near the Inflatable tent.
For your safety ensure BBQ's, Fireworks, Open fires, Cigarettes, Naked Flames etc are kept well clear of the Inflatable Hire equipment at all times.
Payment is required on delivery in cash if you have not already paid on line or otherwise agreed. In the event you do not have the funds to pay on delivery we reserve the right to refuse the booking and you may still be charged. A £50 non-returnable booking fee to be taken in order to confirm your booking.
If you wish to cancel the earlier the better. If you cancel 24 hours or less from your proposed hire date Chris's Castles Bouncy Castle Hire reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee which is 50% of the total cost of the hire. If we attempt to deliver the inflatable without notice of cancellation or you refuse the inflatable we may charge up to the full cost of hire.Please contact us if you require any further details.
