Our website is very easy to use and we check all of the details when we receive your booking, so don’t worry - if we need to clarify any details we will give you a call to confirm things.
Our website also allows you to get prices and check the availability of your chosen products.
1. To start your booking click on any of the brightly coloured category buttons on the left hand side of our website. This will display a range of products featured in that category e.g. Budget Bouncers, Adult Castle, Soft-play, Slides etc.
2. Click on “Details & Bookings” for full information on your chosen item.
3. When you’re ready to book, click “Book Online” and select your required date from the calendar. This calendar links directly to our bookings diary - please read any information boxes carefully then select your postcode area. Many areas benefit from free delivery, but if a delivery charge applies to your area it will be clearly displayed at this point.
4.Click on “Click Here to Continue”
5. If you wish to add any other products to your booking you can select these from the first box.
6. You can also add “extras” such as happy hoppers or toys by selecting them in the next box.
7. Enter your contact details, delivery details etc in the following boxes. Deliveries are from 8am to 12noon for the morning deliveries and after 12 noon for later deliveries. Generally speaking if you have a early delivery you pick up will be one of the first, subsequently if you take a later delivery your pick up will be later in the evening. 9. Select your payment option, click on “Book This Item Now!” and your booking will immediately appear in our inbox. Most of our customer tick the pay on the day option in cash when the driver arrives with your inflatable.
10. We will check your details and if we need to clarify anything we’ll give you a call, otherwise you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (though usually much sooner). If you don’t receive it, please check your spam/junk folders. Please make sure the address with postcode is correct.
11. Our website links to our LIVE diary - You can book 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the comfort of your own home, at your own leisure, so grab a seat, pour yourself a cuppa and start planning your party.
