CHRIS'S CASTLES BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE WINTER SEASON 2019
Hi everyone and welcome to Chris's Castles website. We have worked hard over the 2019 season to bring you a website that is very easy to use, straight forward,uncomplicated and quick to book on your mobile telephone.
The feedback from customers booking online has been overall very positive. We have tweaked the online booking system as per our customer feedback to hopefully provide you with a more seamless effortless booking experience with us.
As far as the 2019 summer season went we achieved overall a:
100% attendance with no missed bookings.
97% appointment time attendance so room for improvement here.
100% customer satisfaction feedback through the website.
100% customer satisfaction in inflatables and soft play items hired.
Average customer query response time is 21 minutes.
(Their are times when we are busy or working on other parts of the business where we cannot at times deal with your query as fast as we would like to. We do endeavour to get your query/question dealt with as quickly as possible and work to bring down response times. Thank you to our customers for the understanding.)
For the later part of this year and into the beginning of 2020 all inflatables and soft play on hire will be INDOOR hires only.
(We make this decision because of ground and weather conditions during the winter months, Health and Safety being our number one priority.)
Sadly this year was a tough year with regards to the rain, especially on a weekend.
Most customers cancel due to prolonged rain and/or windy conditions. Chris's Castles Bouncy Castle Hire MUST adhere to safety standards set out by the Health and Safety Standards. This may mean to customers we are cancelling bouncy castles where perception of the weather conditions in their location is acceptable for hiring castles. Sadly we must abide by the regulation permitting safe set ups of castles. We thank all our customers who understand SAFETY is our priority.
Lastly we would like to thank all our valued customers for returning to us for your castles.
Hopefully 2020 will be a warm dry year.
